PROCESSING OF MODIFIED RAMIE FIBRE

Recently another feather of milestone is added to our hat from July 2016. A project for developing series of machines to process modified ramie fibre into yarn is owned by us jointly with IIT Kharagpur under the finance from Ministry of Textile, Govt. of India. Full fledged research is going on to complete the prototype machine for trial run within March 2017.

ENERGY EFFICIENT BAXTER FLYER MADE OF ENGINEERING POLYMER

A MILESTONE FOR JUTE SPINNING INDUSTRY

In the mid 2014 Advance Automation ventured into another research project for designing and developing a Flyer Body for Jute Spinning machine made of Engineering Polymer instead of Aluminum Die casting, under a joint collaboration with Du Pont, USA. Designing, Mould flow analysis, CEA analysis has already been completed and final mould is under manufacturing at Hyderabad. Product is launched and trial run has been successfully completed. Commercial production has been started for the bulk supply to the industry. We will hold a joint patent with Du Pont for this product.

A4 Advance Automation Private Limited has its prominent presence in Dyeing and Chemical Processing industry with their Dyeing Machine, Water Treatment plant (required for supplying soft water to the dyeing machine), effluent treatment plant for removal of Harmful ions and solid particulate matter from the Dye and Process house effluent. We also do the customization of existing ETP to a modern ETP adopting new technology like MBBR (Moving Bed Bio reactor), Advanced Flocculation Technology etc.
